How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
The shipping fee will depend on whether you want fast or standard shipping. Shipments over $75 within the USA are free.

How long does shipping take?

Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
*We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes*

Can I make changes to my order online?

Because we pride ourselves on processing your orders quickly and efficiently, we can no longer cancel or modify your order once your order has been confirmed. Please see our return policy for additional information.

How long does it take for me to get my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 10 to 14 working days from the date we receive the return.
You'll receive an email notification letting you know once it has been processed. For further details refer back to RETURN POLICY for further details.

Do I get my shipping fees back when I return an item?

Unfortunately, as per our Returns Policy we only refund the amount you paid for the handbag. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
